Filing of form 23b

01 August 2012 as per the latest circular we are required to file 23b till 4th august 2012. But if a company is incorporated 4 yrs ago, do we have to file 23b only for 2011-12 or with respect to all the years since the year of incorporation of the company??

please do reply

01 August 2012 I think 23b is filed only for 2011-12 financial year ... For filling annual returns in ROC ..
After 5 Aug. it will be liable to pay fees.
