02 July 2016 Clarify regarding filing of consolidated Financial Statement for financial Year 2015-2016 As per section 129(3) of Companies Act,2013? If two Company have Common Director and Composition of Board of Director is same whether Consolidated financial Statement is required to be filed or not???????

02 July 2016 Consolidated BALANCE SHEET needs to be filed. because as per section 129 (3) subsidiary company also includes associates company. check the meaning of "associates company"

05 July 2016 If there are seven or more company in group and all company have common director In such situation which Company will be considered Holding Company for filing of consolidated financial statement as per Section 129(3) of Companies Act,2013???????clarify regarding filing of Consolidated financial statement in such circumstances???
