10 December 2012 A pvt ltd co(hospital) is incorporated on 18 th feb 2011, but operations are not started as the building is under construction. Whether it have to file annual returns? what are the consequences if not filed?

Annual Return is required to be filed within 60 days from the date of Annual General Meeting. If AGM is not held, then no need to file Annual Return of the Company.
