11 June 2013 I am having XML file downloded from MCA website. Now I wants to convert it to BS. Please provide the convertion software details to convert in Excel or word

Above provided is direct link to download MCA XBRL Validation tool..

once you have downloaded and install it..

later download taxonomy,files in file tab

once it is completed you can view xbrl format ..and you convert it pdf format..

after that you can convert it to which ever format you want by using online converters

11 June 2013 Iam not able to down load from MCA site for the last two days. Either it is stoped at .02 MB or It is never completely downloaded it stops in the mid even at 9.1 out of 9.4 MB if you had downloaded file then mail at rajkumar029@yahoo.com.

and complaint to MCA it is standard reply :- query resolved

ReadMe file for MCA21 XBRL Validator Tool:

1.Recommended System Requirements

Operating System : Windows XP/Windows Vista/Windows 7
Minimum 2 GB o
f RAM & minimum 20 MB free space
Processor Speed of 1GHz
Java Environment : JRE version 1.6 or 1.7

2.Version

This is version 2.0.4 of the MCA21 XBRL Validator Tool.

3.How to run the tool ?

a) Double click on extracted executable file 'XBRLTool.exe'
b) Select the 'Download Taxonomy' under Taxonomy Option
c) Once downloaded, select downloaded taxonomy from the 'Select Taxonomy' option under 'Taxonomy' menu.
d) Open the XBRL instance document under File.
