Dear, Sir actually i have paid MBA (Distance Education) fees through DD, is this deduction available u/s 80C. this fees is deductible from my father income.

If your father has paid the fees and MBA program is from any recognized univercity or college then out of total fees paid the tution fees is deductable u/s 80C.
