Fail to make the payment of e-form 23

03 April 2012 I have uploaded the e-Form 23 on MCA Portal and get the SRN Number but fail to make paymemnt.

Please help me...... How to make payment of the e-Form 23?

Can I have file again the e-Form 23?

03 April 2012 Yes you need to file form 23, unless payment is made form is not uploaded.

Currently, only online mode of payment is available for the fees upto Rs. 50000.

Except in case you have selected pay later option and the validity of challan is still available, you have to file again...

I think it is not possible to make payment of form-23 physically, because this facility has been closed.

I will suggest you to file Form-23 again with MCA portal and make payment online.
