Dear Esperts
Teaching income is also under gst or not or any exumption limit for teaching income for student ?

If the teacher is under employment, then no GST.
If other than employment, and education services provided to an education institute upto class 12, again no GST.
Any other case would attract GST..

he is simply teaching to the student indivisual basis..He it self studing for gratuation.doing B.Tech

Your service of private tutorship is covered under GST.
However, no requirement for registration (and hence no GST) if turnover in Previous year is upto Rs 20 lacs (10 lacs in NE states)

Thanx a lot .his income from tutorship is only 5 to 6 lakhs.per annum.
