13 December 2014 My client is merchant exporter at kota. We Have IEC code. Manufacturer is at pune. Manufacturer has issued UT1 and B1 bond as there is provision that he can do so in lieu of CT1.. Now my query is whose invoice value will be included in ARE 1 as it is issued by manufacturer. Because export invoice issued by merchant exporter Have value in dollars.

13 December 2014 Thanks seetharaman ji for reply...but my query is that someone was saying that invoice of merchant exporter in dollar to china importer should be equal to invoice of manufacturer in indian rupees and as well as ARE 1 in which there is indian value....is it so ??? if yes thn why ?? Plz reply
