Export under Rebate plus other export incentive

Since we have enough cenvat credit,we are planning to export under rebate in this regard i would like to know what other export incentive can we claim like DEBP/Advance Licence etc, as we import main raw material from other country. Please guide me sir.

11 February 2010 You can export the goods after payment of duty under claim of rebate. DEPB benefit is available simultaneously. At the time of export you can claim advance license on post export basis, so that later you can import maerials without payment of duty. Advance license & DEPB cannot be availed simultaneously. That material can be used for manufacturing, and can be exported after payment of duty under claim of rebate. That way your cenvat balance will be used easily.
If possible, you can examine possibility of refund of cenvat under Rule 5 of Cenvat Credit Rules.
