Sir,
Can we receive payment in Foreign Currency from our & Foreign Buyer & deliver goods to their supplier in India? Invoice shall be raised to our foreign supplier in foreign currency.

Not a problem You should have a purchase order from foreign buyer and payments are received through banking channels and reported to RBI.

If the goods are finally exported then you are eligible for such benefits.
