I had a query relating to export of services.
my client providing the cloud service to cutsomer outside India.
Whether this service will fall under Rule 9 of POPs rules.

Cloud computing would fall under the online data base access and retrieval services. Therefore Rule 9 of the POPs rule will apply and the place of provision of service will be the location of the service provider.
