To calculate the fee for increase in authorised capital use MCA calculator available at the link below:

For increase in AC Memorandum is required to be altered. For this you have to pass an ordinary resolution in the general meeting.
You have to file form-5 for increase in AC. With form-5 you have to attach altered MOA and certified true copy of shareholders approval.
You have to pay stamp duty on altered MOA along with ROC fee.

in addition to above suggestion, check Article relevant to share capital in AOA, if require to be change then also attach altered part of AOA.
