Respected Sir,
Kindly advise whether a D.O. of Life Insurance Company can claim actual expenditure incurred fixed allowed received and conveyance expenses received & Allowance received from LIC for Precurring LIC business. However LIC has not allowed such actual Expenses incurring during the year in Form-16.

No expenses are allowed againsy salary income. The Act does not provide deduction for any expense against salary income.
