I have almost completed 10 months of articled training . So,will I get any exemtion of training period I had already completed if I switch over to IPCC at this time.And how long will it take to Complete CA final exam if I switch over to IPCC at this time after taking into account of the training period.

You have no choice to opt for IPCC till Nov 2012.

The choice in only for the students who have written their CPT exam in Dec 2008 and the students who cleared their exam before Dec 08 and are yet to register their articles.
