12 December 2015 MY CLIENT WANTS TO TAKE UNSECURED LOAN FOR PURCHASE OF NEW HOUSE AND INTENDS TO REPAY AFTER SELLING OF HIS OLD RESIDENTIAL HOUSE. WETHER HE IS ELIGIBLE TO TAKE BENEFIT OF SECTION 54.

12 December 2015 If the house is purchased before one year from the date of sale of old house the benefit of section 54 available.
