I got exemption in Accounting in IPCC May 10 Exams, which was claimed. But then i gave November 10 attempt, i did not clear, but got 62 in tax. Can i claim exemption in Both accounts and Taxation?

you can claim exemption in only one subject becouse you got 60+ marks in different attempts.

Yes you can as exemption in one paper can be carried forward for next 3 attempts.
So in your case you can carry forward accounts for next 2 attempts and tax for next 3 attempts.
