20 September 2012 All the services which were applicable for november exmas earlier are withdrawan and no services will be applicable for november exams

But the case laws relating to Gamut & Taxable services (Chapter 4 of Service Tax), are they applicable for november 2012 exams??

03 October 2012 When chapter itself is not applicable then how come the case laws will applicable??
