Dear Sir,
1.) We are Manufacture of Led lights & and take govt. tender as well. we are providing warranty as well as part replacement. my service department in delhi & mfg. unit in haryana. Now My Question is that if we are issuing material for service pupose or replacement of any part of product from mfg unit. how we charge excise.
2.) if i am charging duty as such on matterial issued to service then how service component issue for service & replacement without duty loss & what would be a document process need to freeze

1. goods will be cleared after payment of duty on transaction value of the goods.
2. The service tax will be applicable on only value of the services.
