WE ARE MANUFACTURING THE MINK BLANKETS BY PURCHASING OF YARN FROM OUTSIDE DEALERS . SO CAN WE ARE LIABLE TO PAY EXCISE DUTY OR NOT.IF NOT ANY NOTIFICATION REGARDING THAT.

The duty of excise will be applicable on mink blankets. You can get the ssi exemption upto 1.5cr.
