when is applicable of excise duty? Is manufacturing company compulsary pay exise duty. and what is the procedure for it?

Yes. Manufacturing company need to pay excise duty if it is manufacturing the Excisable goods in India. The taxable event is for excise is the manufacturing in India. Procedure is very big please go through the Act
