24 January 2014 I m Student of IPCC Via Direct Scheme. As my registration of article is from 26th August 2013, and on 26th May 2014 full nine month of articleship are getting completed . Here as per the eligibility is fulfilled of completion of nine months of articleship. So am I Eligible to appear in exam of IPCC Which is held from 27th May 2014.if not in MAY 2014 than when i would be eligible for Examination. Please reply with your answer soon. Thanking You.

24 January 2014 You have to complete your 9 months of articleship training by the first day of the month of exams commencing, means your 9 months articleship training shall not complete by 1st May 2014, so you are not eligible for May 2014 exams and eligible for November 2014 exams.

However some time ICAI may give relaxation for it, if it relaxed then you eligible for May 2014 other eligible for November 2014, It will give clarification along with the examination forms release, so please be wait upto opening of examination forms.

So please once again remember about this subject on 4th Feb 2014 i will clarify you.
