Exam form querry for ppc may 2012 - urgent

21 February 2012 I have completed my articleship but not yet cleared my PCC exams. My query is, is my old principal signature required on the acknowledgment copy of online examination form filled for PCC May 2012 ?
OR
can a form be signed and attested by a Chartered Accountant other than my old principal ?
