we are exporters , We have received Escrips Rodtep online what is time limit to use and sale this escrips, what is the process to sale

In this escrips showing till 2027 , what is the time limit for Escrips

Please kindly explain the process of this

30 March 2025 E-scrips generated under the RoDTEP scheme are valid for two years from the date of generation. You must utilize the e-scrips within this two-year period. If your e-scrip shows a validity until 2027, it indicates that it was generated in 2025, and you should use it before its expiration date in 2027.
Process to Sell E-Scrips (in general) ....
Account Creation: Ensure you have created an e-scrip account on the ICEGATE portal. This requires valid IEC (Import Export Code) registration and a digital signature.
Generating E-Scrips: After logging into your ICEGATE account, you can generate e-scrips by selecting the relevant shipping bills associated with your exports.
Transferring E-Scrips: To sell or transfer e-scrips:
Navigate to the transfer section in your e-scrip account.
Initiate a transfer request to another IEC holder.
The transferee must approve the transfer using a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to their registered mobile number.
Utilization: The transferred e-scrip can be used by the recipient to pay Basic Customs Duty (BCD) during imports, but cannot be used for anti-dumping duties or GST.
Documentation: Ensure all necessary declarations are made in your shipping bill at the time of export to comply with RoDTEP requirements.
