we are not paying excise duty through pla
are we still liable to file ER-4,5,6,7????
I THINK Rs. 10000000/-IS THE PLA LIMIT FOR FILEING THE SAID RETURNS

Dear
As per Finance Act 2008, if u paid duty either through PLA or by using cenvat credit or by both more than Rs.100 Lacs u have to file ER4, 5, 6
therefore the limit is not restricted to payment through PLA only it also cover any cenvat credit used for payment.
