with refernce to above wheather TAR purchase attracts entry tax if purchaser & seller both are in same state

please give proper guidence urgently

18 December 2013 Tar isa taxable goods under KTEG Act,1979.Tax is payable at one point in the state If you buy from a dealer within the state you should produce a certificate in Form-40 to get exemption. See sec3 of KTEG Act and rules....mjk

we have conformed from the party about form 40, they told, for that they will pay entry tax on our behafe they will debit in our bill.
