07 October 2010 is it possible, a person can be a director of his company at the same time employee of the other company?

he is getting remuneration from his company and getting salary from other company also.

please advice how will treat his income?

07 October 2010 If he is an ordinary director then he can draw remuneration from both.

However the same is not possible in case of whole time director bcoz technically it is not possible for a WTD to spare time for other job and earn from there.
