hello sir i m from direct entry in ipcc i completed my itt training and orientation after that i've joined articlship 17th feb 2014 in ca firm . i want to know that am i eligible for ipcc nov attempt or not

No. You are not eligible to appear in Nov 2014 IPCC exam since Nine month practical training is not going to be completed.
