26 February 2011 by mistake i filed the written for wrong assesment year by clicking on 2008-09 instead of 2009-10.. what is the remedy?

27 February 2011 It is a very improbable mistake. The efiling site normally does not accept the return of any other year other than the year for which you are filing. Suppose you are filing for AY 09-10, then it should not accept return for any year except AY 09-10. Any way return for AY 08-09 can not be filed as it is time barred.
