10 March 2011 Co. is filing all statutory returns till today. But no buisness activity is done by co. after 30th April,2008. balance sheet filed last year Shows Capital and current asset on liability side and Current asset, Misc Expenditure, Reserve and Surplus on Asset side.Can co apply under EES-2011

15 March 2011 No. Can not apply under EES-2011.

It is for companies which is not carrying over any business activity or operation

* On or after 1st April 2008; and
* Which has active status on MCA portal
You have active status but activity continued till 30th April. So can not apply to EES 2011.
