My Question is Education Cess and Secoundary Higher Education Cess paid upto 31/05/2015 is how to adjust. i.e., How we can take credit of EC & SHEC.
As per board circular dated 07 dec 2015
The credit of ec & shec appearing on 28/02/2015 will stand lapsed.
and Credit of ec and shec from 1/03/2015 can be taken as credit against payment of duty.
