WHAT HAPPENED IF SELLER AND CONSIGNEE ARE IN SAME STATE AND
IF SELLER NOT GIVE US TO E1 FORM SO WHAT IS THE TAX LIABILITIES FOR ME.

Mr Author,
If the seller and consignee are in the same state,then it makes only an intrastate
transaction.For such sales no 'E1" form can be used.Local tax rates will be applicable.
