Sir,
If we sale Maida, Sooji, Atta E-way bill is mandatory or not, Because this item is exempt?
Inter state and intra state both case E-way bill mandatory or not.

Inter state and intra state both case E-way bill mandatory or not.

E-way bill system will not be applicable on tax exempted goods and E-way Bills will only be required for packages worth over 50 thousand rupees.

Annexure to Not. 27/2017- Central Tax spcifies certain items for whcih e-way bill is not mandatory; Flour being a specified as an item in that Annexure, e-way bill is not required;
