is it mandatory for company to make e-payment of taxes online (Tds)?
any notification ? what will be the consequences if tds paid by cheque by company?
kindly advise & provide link of notification if possible.

It is not mandatory to make payment through online you can made payment through cheque at the counter of the authorized Bank.
