how to filling the e-retun form pls given me some tips

first login to
https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/index.do
create user id by PAN No. by filing important information of PAN Holder.
Now download the paricular form in which you are covered for filing of return.
fill up
and validate and convert the file xml.
login by userid and password
click on submit return and click on AY for which you are filling return.
Now fill up the form no which are you going to upload for e-file.
now upload the same and get ITR-V on email and get immediate on site also.
Print out and sign the same and sent to CPC bangolre by Normal Post.
