Sirs ---- My son is NRI ( OCI ). He has NRE and NRO a/c in India. In NRO a/c Bank is deducting IT @30%. I as his father wants to efile I T Return to claim refund of TDS ,but failed. Getting reply that his PAN AEDPM7943K is not with DGIT. My son is also having Adhar Card. Pl. Guide me , how to file IT Return i.e ITR 2. He has only interest income in India. Thanks.
