28 October 2010 Post office not accepted the ITR-V to be sent to bangalore by speed post it says that it can be sent only through ordinary post????

28 October 2010 there is no option. only you have to send by ordinary post till date. so send by ordinary post only.

See serial number 18 which says ITR V can be send by ordinary post OR speed post.

you need to send by ordinary post because it goes to the POST BOX account not to the income tax office.

later it will be sent to the IT office.

further there is no office in electrnic city .

it is only a post box.
