What is E-1 purchase and sale pls. define in brief

This form is to satisfy the sale in transit where in the buyer will sell his goods in the course of transit. The transaction can be understood as under.
• Form C to be forwarded by “B” to “A”.
• On obtaining aforesaid Form “A” will forward Form E-1 to “B”.
• All concerns will ensure that the goods have been mentioned in regi. certificate.
• “B” shall obtained “Form C” from their buyer “C”.
• The sale invoice of “B” must state that the goods have been sold in transit.
• The Sale Invoice of “B’ must bears truck and/or vessel transport number.
• Preferably to maintain separate invoice + register containing required details.
• If possible “B” may insert corresponding sale invoice number of “A”.
• “A” invoice can contain name of end user and their address.
• “B” will never acknowledge the physical delivery of the goods.
• “B” will take care that the goods have not been sold on “subject to inspection”.
