When I am trying to change my password for first time as I had got an message from DVAT. It shows error "lbluserId.innerText is undefined".

Dear Sangeeta, Please try to open the website in internet explorer. If you are using Firefox, the error will come. I do not know the reason but when i tried using internet explorer, the error gone
