Please confirm what was the due date for filing 23AC and 23ACA and 20B for FY 2013-14.

Balance sheet in form 23AC and 23 ACA within 30 days of holding AGM.
Annual return in form 20B should be filed within 60 days of holding AGm form FY 2013-14.

the due date of 15-10-2014 is only for the belated returns of earlier years not for FY 2013-14. is it correct

15 October is fixed under company law settlement scheme CLSS for old pending returns.
