my income in F.Y.2007-08 is 100000/-,i fill my incometax return now

The last date for filing return is 31.03.2010. So file your return at the earliest.
However since your income is below the basic exmeption for that year i. e. 110,000 no compulsion to file return. However you can voluntarily do so.

I yesterday filed online return for F. Y. 2007 - 08 relevant to A. Y. 2008 - 09 it accepted the same. Kindly see that proper A. Y. is selected from the option for A. Y.

FOR THE F.Y. 2007-08 DUE DATE IS 31 JULY 2009. YOU CAN FILE BELATED RETURN UP TO 31/3/2009.
IF YOU WANT TO FILE NOW YOU ARE LIABLE FOR PENALTY OF RS. 5000/- U/S 271 FOR LATE FILLING OF RETURN IF DEPT. ISSUE A NOTICE.
AS PER MY OPINION IF NOT ARGENT DON'T FILE RETURN.
IF YOU WANT TO FILE NOW YOU ARE LIABLE FOR PENALTY OF RS. 5000/- U/S 271 FOR LATE FILLING OF RETURN IF DEPT. ISSUE A NOTICE.
