In audit cases, whether the due date to file income tax return has been extended from 30/09/2014?

Please clarify?

28 September 2014 yes the due date for audit as well as return is 30.11.2014

29 September 2014 If we deposit tax on 1 Oct. then interest u/s 234A would be applicable or not?

30 September 2014 The date of filing tax audit returns has been extended to 30.11.2014 subject to section 234A interest. So if there is tax payable and the return is filed after 30.09.2014 interest u/s 234A will be applicable.
