While registering DSC by using utility... What to put under the cell "Enter e-filing user ID"??

If it is for IT filing then PAN of the person for whom IT return is going to file. If it is for TAN related works then TAN of the person.

Sir.. There are two fields present in "register /reset pwd for using DSC"
1) Enter efilinh user ID
2) enter PAN of DSC (regd in e filing)
My question is what to put under field 1)??

In field (1) fill the PAN of the client in upper caps.
