Please Clarify the following
I have formed a partnership and registered with Registrar of Firms.
Now the partners want to dissolve the firm.
Now what is the procedure to dissolve the firm?
Whether I have to cancel the Firm Registration Certificate? and if yes, How to cancel the Firm Registration Certificate?
Whether any deed has to be prepared for dissolution?

Partnership Firm is dissolved as the option entered in the agreement at the time of creation of the Firm. If no option is available than it will be done as the partner can decide with their mutual consent.
