My Client being a Pvt.Ltd.Company has changed its name from Baheti Silicones Pvt.Ltd to Baheti Silicones & Metals Pvt. Ltd.by completing all the formalities so far ROC is concerned.
Now my query is what essential disclousures are to be made in Notice for AGM to be held,Statutory Auditor's report and Notes to accounts forming part of the audited accounts from the company law point of view. Please revert back at the earliest.

For change of name no specific disclosures are required in any of these documents. The fact that the company was formerly known as ________, may be disclosed besides the new name of the company in the notice and directors' report.
