If a Company's status changes from a wholly owned subsidiary of parent Co. to just subsidiary, is the change in equity participation ratio to be reported in the Directors' Report for the f.y. ended 31.03.2012, especially if the Company had reported itself as 100 percent subsidiary of Parent co. in previous f.y's Directors Report?

If you are mentioned in last Directors Report that the company is WOS and subsequently in the current year the company loss its WOS status then it is a good corporate practice to shows that
" During the Financial Year ......... the Company changes its WOS by diluting/allotting further shares to other shareholders/investor as on.............."
