Can we have a separate date for Auditors report and Notice, Directors report .

The Companies Act, 1956 generally not imposed any restriction on that.
But Auditor Report and Director Report date should be same. Notice date can be differ.

Yes, you may have, however, the order shall be as under:
First Auditors Report
Second Directors Report and Balance Sheet
Third and Last Notice.
However is it suggested to have Auditors Report, Directs Report and Balance Sheet signed on the same date and notice may be signed at a later date.

Will there by any change in the above two observations of the experts if the auditor has issued a 'qualified report'.
