16 August 2011 Dear All,

An Executive Director of a Pvt Ltd Company can hold an appointment as a full time employee (not Director) in another pvt ltd company?

If the answer is "NO", then, is there any exceptions for this?

Please let me know ASAP

18 August 2011 It depends on what are the terms of appointment of the Executive Director. If he is permitted to work in addition to the company then there is no bar he will be a professional but if the terms do not provide then No.
