IF A DIRECTOR IS DIRECTOR IN ANOTHER 10 COMPANIES AND ANY OF THE COMPANY IN WHICH THIS DIRECTOR IS DORMANT THEN WILL HE BE DISQUALIFIED TO FILE THE ANNUAL RETURNS OF THE OTHER 9 COMPANIES ALSO. AND FROM ALL OTHER 9 COMPANIES HE WILL BE DISQUALIFIED

Yes, you can not use the digital sign of such director to sign e-form unless the all 9 company comply the annual filing.
The MCA has implemented indirect way to file pending annual forms with MCA by such dormant company.

Defaulting director can use his digital signature while signing e forms in defaulter companies but not in fresh companies.
