20 February 2013 If a Director has more than one DIN/DPIN,What are the Consequences & How can we surrender the DIN/DPIN??

Section 266C inserted by the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2006 provides that no individual, who had already been allotted a Director Identification Number under section 266B, shall apply, obtain or possess another Director Identification Number.

I will suggest you not use other DIN/DPIN, then it become in operational.
