please tell me whether a director will be considered as an employee if previously he was an employee in a company and after that he became a director.. if yes then will he get PFI and other benefits.

First Thing is Director is only acting as beneficiary and But when we talk about MD and WTD they are the KMP of the companies and in that case, the service agreement will form part of all terms and conditions
